Inside Sales Representative


The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling current account base.  This role will be responsible for being a liaison between vendor and the “go-to” person for any issues.  This position will be spent mainly in an office setting with the occasional sales/business trip.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Training will be provided)

  • Make calls to re-stock retail inventory
  • Follow up with clients/retailers about current and future needs
  • Helping clients via phone/e-mail make order purchases and assisting with other questions/concerns
  • Add value to the company/client relationship
  • Must always have a customer/client focused attitude
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Provides timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Enter data and orders into computer system
  • Work with the CSR team (and other stakeholders) to assist in supporting customers/clients
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field preferred
  • Sales certifications/credentials preferred


  • Must have good people skills
  • Must Have an upbeat/positive attitude
  • Must be customer and sales focused
  • Must be self-motivated  
  • Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in direct customer relations
  • Preferred 3-5+ years of sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel as business needs demand
